- Primer application as the base protective layer

Proper preparation begins long-term protection. Usually, painting over rust doesn’t solve the problem.
Our restoration process begins with mechanical surface preparation methods to remove corrosion, deteriorated coatings, loose scale, and surface contaminants. Depending on the project requirements, this may include blasting, pneumatic air tools, needle guns, and chipping equipment. After cleaning, surfaces are well prepared to eliminate dust, oils, and any residual contaminants.
This is often the most important part of the process, as protective coatings work best when applied on properly prepared surfaces.
But bulkheads and sea docks are a big investment and they need to be maintained to work as intended.
